Job Summary: We are looking for an iBwave-certified engineer specializing in DAS design for in-building wireless networks. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in 4G/5G DAS design using iBwave, along with experience in IBS commissioning and 3GPP RAN architecture. This role requires technical proficiency in RF antenna technologies and sporadic travel for projects. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement 4G/5G DAS systems using iBwave. Conduct site surveys and optimize designs for coverage and capacity. Manage IBS commissioning with OEMs to ensure seamless integration. Perform network performance analysis and optimization per 3GPP standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. iBwave Level 2 or higher certification required. Experience with IBS commissioning and RAN product architecture. Knowledge of RF antenna technologies and network design. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to travel as required during project timelines.
