Medical Device Sales Representative About Lynn MedicalLynn Medical, a national specialty medical distributor with over 59 years serving the medical community, is seeking a Sales Representative to manage and grow a **local, hybrid inside/outside territory** operating out of our National Headquarters in Wixom, Michigan.We specialize in cardiology supplies and equipment, along with a full medical/surgical product line for hospitals, clinics, and physician offices nationwideThe OpportunityThis is an established, high-performing **local** territory with a strong existing book of business — a rare chance to step into accounts that are already producing while continuing to grow new business.Because the role is **hybrid inside/outside**, you'll combine the efficiency of inside sales with the relationship-building power of face-to-face selling: some days at our Wixom office, others out in the field meeting customers across the territory.What You'll DoManage and develop relationships with existing customers across the territory, both by phone/email and in person.Identify and win new business at targeted hospitals, clinics, surgery centers, and physician offices.Travel locally to meet decision-makers and strengthen key accounts.Provide accurate, timely information and a high level of service to every customer.What We're Looking ForSeveral years of medical sales experience (selling to hospitals, clinics, surgery centers, or physician offices.Minimum 3 years of proven sales success; inside and/or outside sales experience preferredExcellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with decision-makersSelf-motivated and goal-driven, energized by exceeding targetsStrong at identifying opportunities and solving problemsStrong organizational skills and the ability to multi - task.Customer service experience with a track record of accurate, timely follow-throughProficiency in MS Office and CRM / contact management tools.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary plus, uncapped commission.
