Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee daily operations within a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of food preparation, restaurant management, and customer service. Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, including shift management and staff scheduling
Oversee food preparation, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
Manage inventory control, including ordering and stock rotation
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales tracking
Train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
Coordinate catering, banquet services, or special events as needed
Lead team meetings and support staff development initiatives
Qualifications
Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant, casual dining, or hospitality setting
Strong background in food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety practices
Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred
Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams, training staff, and managing shifts effectively
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food industry standards
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage financial records
Previous experience in fine dining, catering, or hotel food service is advantageous
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Culinary experience or background in food production is a plus
