Role Description Clinical Sales Lead – Tooth Truth (Houston, TX)Tooth Truth is seeking a Clinical Sales Lead to drive dentist adoption and expansion in the Houston market.This role is ideal for someone with a background in dentistry who can confidently communicate clinical and business value to other dental professionals.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct virtual and in-person demos for dentists - Convert leads into active Tooth Truth providers - Perform in-office visits, presentations, and lunch-and-learn sessions - Build relationships with dental practices and decision-makers - Educate dentists on how Tooth Truth improves case acceptance and patient trust - Collaborate with internal team on feedback, messaging, and growth strategy Qualifications:- Background in dentistry (DDS, Hygienist, Treatment Coordinator, or Dental Sales) - Strong communication and presentation skills - Comfortable discussing treatment planning and patient decision-making - Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close - Willingness to travel locally within Houston Compensation:- Base salary + performance-based commission - High earning potential based on doctor sign-ups Why Join Tooth Truth:- Early-stage platform with strong growth potential - Direct impact on how dentists approach diagnosis and patient communication - Opportunity to be part of a new model focused on transparency and trust in dentistryQualifications:- Background in dentistry (DDS, Hygienist, Treatment Coordinator, or Dental Sales preferred) - Strong ability to communicate clinical and financial value to dentists - Proven experience in sales, case acceptance, or influencing treatment decisions - Comfortable presenting to doctors in both one-on-one and group settings - Confident handling objections and guiding conversations toward a close - Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales tracking tools - Self-motivated and able to manage a pipeline independently - Willingness to travel locally (Houston) for office visits and presentations Preferred (Not Required):- Experience in dental sales, consulting, or DSO environments - Experience conducting presentations, lunch-and-learns, or webinars - Prior leadership or team coordination experience
