Java Technical Lead

Job Description:Required Qualifications:• Proven application-sustainment experience maintaining, supporting, and enhancing established production systems day to day; this is a sustain (run-and-maintain) engagement, not greenfield development• 10+ years engineering with strong Java and Python; genuine full-stack breadth• Direct, hands-on experience with application transitions knowledge acquisition, shadow / reverse-shadow and go-live from an incumbent• Familiarity with the estate's legacy stack (VB6, Jython) and Oracle SQL/PL-SQL• Proven architecture, code-review and multi-shore technical leadershipPreferred:• Healthcare provider-data domain• Integration-heavy environments (120+ interfaces/feeds)• Cloud / modernization experience.
