Join us to be part of a team that is at the forefront of engineering innovation, delivering intelligent insights and empowering stakeholders to achieve hyper-productivity and sustainable growth.In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transferYour Contribution To The Team Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large-scale data migrations Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements A strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business goals and market trends. Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols, and performance optimization methodologies Sector specific expertise for high quality project deliveryRequired Skill And ExperienceDefine end-to-end PLM solution architecture for enterprise implementations, with Siemens Teamcenter as the primary platformTranslate business, engineering, and IT requirements into logical and physical solution designsOwn architecture artifacts including system landscapes, integration patterns, data models, and deployment viewsEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security, and non-functional requirementsProvide architectural governance and design assurance throughout the delivery lifecycleExperience in PLM solution architecture and implementation, with deep expertise in Siemens TeamcenterProven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale PLM solutions in complex environmentsHands-on knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, configuration, customization, and deployment modelsExperience integrating PLM with ERP, MES, ALM, CAD, and other enterprise systemsUnderstanding of data models, lifecycle management, and engineering processesPreferred Skill And ExperienceSiemens Teamcenter certifications preferredExperience in industries such as Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, or High-TechPrior experience in roles such as PLM Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Enterprise ArchitectExperience supporting US-based clients in large, regulated, or multi-site environmentsDesign and govern integrations between Teamcenter and adjacent enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES, ALM, CAD, data platforms)Define PLM data models, data migration strategies, and master data alignmentEnsure data integrity, performance, scalability, and lifecycle traceability across systemsCollaborate with business, engineering, and IT stakeholders to validate architectural decisionsWork closely with Siemens and other technology vendors to align on product capabilities and roadmapsSupport sales and pursuit teams by contributing to solution architectures, estimates, and technical responsesAdditional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
