Dairy Services Technician

Description: Region: Assigned territory within the Finger Lakes region of New York and surrounding areas. Position SummaryWe are seeking a Dairy Services Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for surveying, installing, programming, maintaining, and repairing Specialty Sales equipment and systems at customer locations. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-minded, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow all Specialty Sales LLC safety policies and operating proceduresUse required PPE correctly and consistentlyInspect and advise customers on equipment and the proper handling of Specialty Sales productsSurvey, install, set up, and program custom equipment at customer locationsPerform plumbing, welding, and electrical fabrication for systems including HoofStrong systemsTroubleshoot and repair installed equipment systemsPartner with Sales Account Managers during field inspections and repairsTravel to customer sites as requiredMaintain accurate parts inventoryReport all accidents, injuries, safety issues, driving citations, service interruptions, or customer complaints immediately to supervisorMaintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environmentAssist in other company areas as neededPerform additional duties to support business needs  Requirements:  Employment RequirementsMust provide documentation of employment eligibility per state and federal regulationsMust be at least 21 years oldMust successfully pass all position-related pre-employment screenings Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED requiredBasic knowledge of plumbing, welding, and electrical wiringStrong troubleshooting and equipment repair skills Certifications & LicensingValid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company insurability standardsForklift certification preferredReady to Make an Impact?
