Staff Fullstack Engineer

About The OpportunityI’m currently recruiting for a Staff Full Stack Engineer opportunity with a fast-growing audio data research company working at the forefront of AI. They’re looking for a senior engineer who can take ownership of technical decisions and build and ship products end-to-end. You’ll work closely with researchers and engineers to develop the platforms supporting the next generation of audio AI.This is a high-impact opportunity to work on technically challenging products used by some of the world’s leading AI labs and FAANG companies, while having significant influence over architecture, engineering direction, and product development. This is a full-time on-site position in SF.Job ResponsibilitiesOwning and driving 0-to-1 product development across the full stack. Making key technical decisions with speed and limited data in a fast-paced startup environment. Building scalable systems processing terabytes of audio data. Collaborating closely with research engineers on data collection and iteration. Mentoring junior engineers and setting technical standards as the team scales. Job Qualifications5 - 8 years of experience in product- focused full- stack engineering.Full- stack web development: both frontend and backend.Undergraduate CS degree from top 30 U. S university.Fluent in TypeScript and Python.Owned and led 0- to- 1 projects end- to- end, including technical decision- making.
