Job DetailsJob Location4009 Serendipity Resort & Campground - Brownsville, TNSalary Range$12.00 - $12.00 HourlyDescriptionThe dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area by washing and sanitizing all dishes, utensils, and equipment used in food preparation and service. Throughout their shift, they will operate the dishwasher, ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized properly, and keep dishwashing area clean and organized. Operate the dishwasher and ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized properly Hand wash delicate items and clean kitchen appliances, such as ovens, grills, and stovetops Empty trash cans and dispose of garbage in the designated areas Sweep and mop kitchen floors, and ensure that all spills and food debris are cleaned up promptly Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, and ensure that all cleaning supplies are properly stored Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines, and adhere to all health and safety regulations Assist with other kitchen tasks, as assigned by the Chef or General Manager All other duties – perform all other duties as assigned, including carrying out responsibilities, performing duties, using skills, and working in conditions necessary to perform all assigned tasks.About You: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation practices a plus Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Oasis?
