Community Specialist

WH Management is seeking a highly motivated Community Specialist to join our team at our beautiful luxury community, The Alexander, in Mansfield, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a positive attitude. As a Community Specialist, you will be responsible for driving leasing activity, maintaining high occupancy levels, and ensuring an exceptional living experience for our residents. We are looking for a great sales personality and strong closer with lease up experience! Responsibilities:Show available units to prospective tenants and provide detailed information about the propertyLuxury lease up experience requiredMaintain updated knowledge of market conditions and trendsAddress tenant concerns and coordinate maintenance requests with the property management teamAdhere to Fair Housing regulations and guidelinesProvides current and prospective residents with the best possible customer service to retain residents and lease properties.Discovers, engages, and advances each prospect and follow up until they have set an appointment, found a home within our portfolio, or decided not to move.Displays a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with residents, prospects, employees, and outside contacts.Handles incoming sales by phone, email, and online chat.Logs all activity into company provided databases (Elise, One Site) in a timely and accurate manner.Accurately communicates the benefits and features of the property portfolio.Stays up to date with all promotions/leasing incentives.Provides accurate information to residents and prospects in a courteous manner and fills all reasonable requests or requirements.Maintains company’s customer service and sales standardsRequirements:Previous experience in property management or real estate is preferredStrong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of lease agreements, contracts, and legal documentsFamiliarity with property maintenance and basic repair conceptsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamUnderstanding of Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 housing programsBenefits:Competitive salary and commission structure.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities.Join our team as a Community Specialist and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills in negotiation, customer service, and property management will be valued.
