The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with clients and adjusters consistently and professionallyUpdate case management systemMonitor clients' progress and adjust care plans as neededAccurately prepare case details for liability, PIP, and UIM demand lettersEnsures that records requests are submitted for all casesCoordinate with medical providers for treatment and obtaining recordsNegotiate with medical providers and adjustersOther duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum 2 year experience as a paralegal or case managerPreferred 3 years experience in pre-litigation at a plaintiff's personal injury firmFamiliarity with legal procedures, terminology, and medical billing terminologyStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized with document management experienceComfortable Microsoft Office and case management softwareAbility to multitask and work well under pressureExperience managing caseload in Smart AdvocateEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED; college degree or paralegal certification a plus
