Job Title: Human Resources ManagerLocation: Irvine, California, United States (On-site)Type: Full TimeOur client is looking for a Manager, Human Resources to support HR strategy and operations while partnering closely with leadership to drive key talent initiatives. This role is instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting the development and engagement of employees.Role OverviewThis position works in close collaboration with HR leadership to implement core HR programs, enhance employee engagement, and support business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong HR generalist experience with a focus on employee relations, talent development, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Program Execution & PartnershipPartner with HR leadership to execute core HR initiatives such as performance management, talent development, compensation, and training programs.Support the rollout of corporate and regional HR strategies at the local level.Employee Relations & CoachingProvide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Handle employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.Compliance & Policy ManagementEnsure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and organizational policies.Assist in interpreting and applying HR guidelines and procedures.Talent Development & EngagementIdentify training needs and support development programs to enhance employee performance and career growth.Contribute to building an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.Leadership & Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with senior leaders, HR teams, and cross-functional partners to drive HR initiatives.Support major HR projects and programs that impact business performance.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.5+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role.Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.Experience collaborating with legal, HR centers of excellence, and senior leadership teams.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretionStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsOrganizational and time management skills with attention to detail
