Receptionist

Job DescriptionUES is looking for an upbeat and engaging receptionist for our Dallas location. The position is an integral part of making a positive first impression on each person who walks through the front door. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and be willing and ready to provide support for the office, event coordination, and the HR department. Experience is preferred, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the want to support those around you are a must!Role responsibilities:Create a positive in-person workplace experience for both employees and guests (board members, customers, suppliers, and candidates) from the initial point of contact in the reception area, answering the phone, and receiving packagesLead all logistical needs for the company events both on-site and off-site including quarterly team gatheringsMaintain coffee stations and order supplies when neededTaking ownership of celebrating our team members for their Birthdays, Anniversaries, and work milestones. Minimum QualificationsGood phone etiquetteInitiative and willingness to take ownership of projects assignedStrong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking abilityProficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Database management with Paycom is a plus.
