Job Title: IT Support Specialist (Mobile Device/Applications) Pay Rate: $22.00/Hr Duration: 12 Months Job Requisition: EJP00031528 Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite) Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM This position is for the Power/Energy division. We are looking for an IT Support Specialist (Mobile Device/Applications). This role works directly with end users across North America to support mobile devices and related services, ensuring alignment with our standards, policies, and operational needs. Work directly with end users within the region to communicate changes and their impact on their IT environment Work with vendors on service contracts to provide the best options for customers Provide troubleshooting on mobile devices and applications Develop user guides and instructions for our energy-specific application configurations and setup Work with customers on updates as well as upgrades to mobile devices Record and document all new processes and procedures in service scope and update those already documented to ensure coworkers can understand and follow Gain a complete understanding of IT separation activities, timelines, technical issues, and solutions in a continuously changing environment Support change-release processes for the implementation of IT systems Must be organized, self-motivated, and have skills to tackle problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem may be difficult or complex. Should have the ability to take direction and switch quickly between tasks. Seeks advice and guidance from the Management Team or others for non-routine or other problem areas. Should have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization from Senior Management to Individual Contributor. Experience Education or training in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields is required. Excellent communication skills written and oral, including presentation skills are required. Experience with iOS platforms is desired. Experience with MS Office 365 and related applications is desired. Familiarity with Cyber Security concepts is desired. Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person
