Technical Program Manager - Infrastructure Remediation, AMER Data Center Risk Program
Overview
In this role you will drive remediation of audit findings across AWS data center assets, coordinating regional teams to mitigate risks in Amazon-owned and colocation facilities. You will translate complex data into coherent remediation strategies for the global portfolio and report progress to senior leadership. You will navigate ambiguity and tight timelines, delivering programs that balance scope, cost, and schedule. This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure, program management, and cross-functional leadership, contributing to safe, scalable cloud delivery.

Key requirements5+ years of program management or technical project management experienceEngineering or other relevant Bachelor's degreeExperience managing complex technology infrastructure projectsExperience with data center design, construction, and fit-out projects is a plusFamiliarity with multiple project management methodologiesExperience delivering projects across multiple locations (Europe, Middle East & Africa)Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder influencestrong written and verbal communicationability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholdersleadership and collaboration in cross-functional teamsData Center Infrastructure and operationsProgram management for large-scale infrastructure projectsData analysis from multiple sources to inform strategies
