This is a premium, part-time seasonal position structured directly around the UT Austin academic calendar—offering complete schedule predictability and summers entirely off.As the operational anchor of our Austin location, you will be trusted to manage daily showroom floor operations independently. The ideal candidate has an organized mindset, a sharp eye for presentation, and the dynamic energy required to represent our brand both on the showroom floor and at campus evening events.Schedule & Contract TimelineThis position operates exclusively during active university semesters (Late August through mid-May). The showroom is completely closed during major student holidays, giving you full weeks off during Thanksgiving, Winter Break, and Spring Break.Showroom Hours: Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (25 hours/week guaranteed).Evening Events: Attendance at evening brand events is required as scheduled. Frequency varies based on the university calendar and campus demand (averaging 0 to 3 events per week; each event is typically 2 hours).Total Weekly Commitment: Anticipated 25 to 29 hours per week depending on the weekly event schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesShowroom Management: Independently open, operate, and maintain the Austin showroom daily from noon to 5 PM, ensuring an immaculate presentation and premium environment for our clients.Client Styling & Sales: Guide clients through product selection, assist with personalized styling, manage fittings, and drive high-volume storefront sales.Campus Event Execution: Represent the brand at scheduled evening events, engaging directly with student organizations, fraternities, and campus groups to drive community growth.Logistics & Inventory Control: Coordinate stock organization, manage incoming product shipments, and maintain precise inventory counts to prepare for peak sales blocks.Ownership Communication: Maintain direct, open communication with ownership to report daily sales tracking, event traffic, and local market feedback.Qualifications & Skills1–2 years of experience in retail sales, operations, premium customer service, or high-level brand ambassador roles.A strong sense of personal accountability; highly comfortable managing a commercial space and executing daily tasks independently.Excellent conversational skills—confident engaging with customers one-on-one and representing the brand in dynamic event environments.Sharp eye for detail, visual merchandising, and premium garment presentation.Familiarity with the UT Austin campus culture and student organizational structures is highly advantageous.Benefits & PerksCompetitive, guaranteed hourly pay ($25.00/hr).Predictable, set schedule with built-in holiday weeks and summers entirely off.Generous employee discount on Concierge Clothing collections.Opportunity for an end-of-season completion bonus.Benefits:Employee discountWork Location: In person
