Duties Supervise and monitor dogs during playtime at the daycare and outdoor park areas, ensuring safe interactions and preventing conflicts Assist with dog handling, including guiding dogs through activities and managing their behavior using positive reinforcement techniques provide customer service at our front desk checking customers in and reviewing required vaccination records Maintain cleanliness of play areas and kennels to promote a hygienic environment Requirements Prior experience with pets or customer service preferred but not required Ability to lift at least 40 pounds unassisted when necessary to move supplies or assist with larger dogs Patience and compassion for all breeds and temperaments Excellent customer service skills to engage with pet owners professionally and warmly Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating a joyful space where dogs thrive!
