Step into a shop that runs on precision, teamwork, and pride in every part.CNC Machine Programming Technician Requirements: Built for PrecisionGED or high school diploma required.1+ years of hands on CNC machining knowledge, including introductory programming experience of machining equipment.Must be able to read, interpret, and work from engineering prints, drawings, and sketches.Understand and manipulate G and M Code.Proficiency in Solidworks or similar CAD softwareDetail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills.Able to lift materials and remain on your feet through the shift.Your Everyday Hustle Create and optimize CNC programs and tooling strategies for prototype and production parts. Partner with R&D teams to support product development and transition designs into full-scale manufacturing. Analyze blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T specifications to determine machining methods and tooling requirements. Improve machining processes to reduce cycle times, extend tool life, and minimize secondary operations. Develop and validate CNC programs, setups, and process documentatio n. Troubleshoot machining issues and support day-to-day production needs. Train machinists and setup teams on new or improved processes. Conduct process audits to enhance quality, efficiency, and process control. Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
