Duties Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities during the third shift, ensuring production targets are met efficiently. Monitor adherence to safety standards in production, including heavy lifting protocols and manual handling procedures. Utilize technical proficiency to interpret technical drawings and assist with mechanical assembly tasks. Operate and oversee forklift operations, ensuring proper handling of materials within the warehouse and manufacturing floor. Conduct inspections using hand tools and power tools for assembly line tasks, maintaining quality control throughout the shift. Manage manual handling processes and ensure compliance with safety regulations to prevent workplace injuries. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues, utilizing mechanical knowledge and factory experience to resolve problems swiftly. Maintain accurate shift reports, logs, and documentation related to production activities, safety incidents, and equipment maintenance. Experience Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with a strong understanding of assembly line operations. Hands-on experience with forklift operation and warehouse management systems. Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in mechanical assembly, interpreting technical drawings, and using hand tools or power tools. Prior experience in manufacturing management or supervising production teams during night shifts. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including heavy lifting techniques and manual handling safety practices. Demonstrated ability to work independently while coordinating with team members to meet production goals. Strong technical proficiency in operating manufacturing equipment and interpreting technical documentation is highly desirable.
