This position seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide specialized support in a school setting. The role involves working 1-2 days per week during the remainder of the school year, based primarily in a school environment with responsibilities extending to home health, healthcare, and teletherapy as needed. The position is located in Beaverton, OR, with additional duties in Dayton, OR.Key Responsibilities:Deliver occupational therapy services focused on enhancing fine motor skills and overall student development in a school setting.Provide home health and healthcare OT services to support student needs outside the classroom.Conduct OT sessions via teletherapy platforms to maintain continuity of care.Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Track student progress and document outcomes in compliance with regulations.Desired Experience and Skills:Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based therapy.Proficiency in fine motor skill interventions.Experience with home health OT and healthcare settings.Comfort and experience with teletherapy service delivery.Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Strong communication and documentation skills.Location:Primarily in Beaverton, OR.Additional work days in Dayton, OR.This role is a contract position designed to cover the remainder of the school year, offering a flexible schedule with 1-2 workdays per week.
