Cardiac Cath Lab RN, NAMC, Austin, Texas

What you will do in this role:Maintains a professional appearance and attitude at all times. Promotes and works as a team player.Responsible for the use and functioning ability of the Axiom Artis Hemodynamic system.Knowledgeable of all procedures being performed in the Cath lab to include but not limited to the equipment needed for each stated procedure.Competent in each of the previous roles mentioned and the competencies are evaluated annually and documented on competency skill checklists.What qualifications will you need:Current RN licensure in the State of Texas2+ years of experience working with cardiac patients (i.e. Telemetry area, C.C.U.), and/or in a critical care setting (Emergency Department, Surgical/Medical Intensive Care) *RECENT (within the last year of acute care experience required!!!)Previous experience in a Cath Lab performing diagnostic and interventional procedures is Required!!!Bilingual communication abilities are preferredAmerican Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and CertificationAmerican Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Life Support Course (ALS or ACLS) and CertificationBenefits:Student Loan RepaymentTuition Reimbursement/Assistance ProgramsPaid Personal Leave401k (100% annual match - 3% to 9% of pay based on years of service)Identity Theft Protection discountsAuto, Home, and Life Insurance optionsAdoption AssistanceEmployee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)Thanks & regards,Akash UpadhyaySenior Recruiter
