The role involves traveling nationwide to represent Fetch, convert opportunities into sales, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will help pet owners understand the value of protecting their pets with comprehensive insurance and customize solutions to meet needs.ResponsibilitiesWilling to travel up to 75% nationwideRepresent Fetch as a confident, friendly, trusted advisor to sell pet insurance at partner locationsCommunicate competitive advantages of Fetch and demonstrate understanding of Fetch and competitor productsConvert prospects into loyal clients and repeat customersHandle a high volume of incoming and outgoing communications (calls and emails) to completionTrack daily progress against goals to maximize uncapped commission opportunitiesRecord prospect and customer information accurately in Fetch CRMBuild productive relationships with partner-location personnel to meet performance objectives and partner expectations monthlyCollaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunitiesCommunicate with peers to identify challenges and successesAttend monthly company meetings or check-ins as requiredManage expense budgets and submit reports monthlyHandle all administrative tasks related to the partnershipMaintain commitment to exceeding customer expectationsRequired SkillsAbility to travel to shelters nationwide; some travel may be regional or nationalAbility to structure your work week during peak hours (Friday–Sunday)Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of employment (state requirements apply)3–5 years of experience in an animal care or sales roleCustomer-focused mindset with ability to listen and tailor solutionsPassion for prospecting new sales opportunities and engaging with people face-to-face and over the phoneFamiliarity with animal health or welfare is a plusAbility to work independently within a fast-paced sales cycleStrong relationship-building and consultative, solution-focused selling skillsExcellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skillsWillingness to travel to industry events as requiredProfessional TraitsExhibits excellent business judgmentPositive attitude and high standards for the teamAction-oriented, results-driven, and self-reliantThis is a full-time position with competitive compensation.
