General Manager – Upscale Casual Italian Dining

The Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of operations for Palmetto Osteria in the Evia neighborhood to achieve sales, profitability, quality, and guest satisfaction goals while fostering a culture aligned with Island Famous values. This role functions as a leader, driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction while fostering a culture aligned with Island Famous values.This position oversees the restaurant operations, including financial performance, team leadership, and execution of a refined food and beverage program.
