Serving more than 42,800 families across over 110 cities in the U.S., the company operates as an independent fiduciary with a legal obligation to prioritize its clients’ best interests.About the OpportunityThe Process Engineer, Partner Integration is responsible for improving the integration of new partner firms following a letter of intent (LOI). This role develops a structured and repeatable framework for evaluating partner operations, mapping existing workflows to the organization’s systems and processes, and coordinating integration activities. The position helps create predictable integration releases while supporting incoming partner firms and internal teams through successful transitions.Responsibilities• Conduct post-LOI discovery with partner firms to understand their operations, workflows, technology, and business processes.• Document and translate partner firms’ current-state processes into the organization’s operating architecture.• Identify process gaps, dependencies, risks, and integration requirements between partner and target-state operations.• Develop, implement, and continuously refine a repeatable integration evaluation framework.• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Leadership to develop sequenced integration roadmaps.• Organize post-close changes into consolidated releases to improve planning, coordination, and execution.• Conduct onsite visits to partner locations as needed to support discovery and integration planning.• Create and maintain clear process documentation, process maps, workflow diagrams, and integration materials.• Serve as a subject-matter resource on core operating systems and processes relevant to partner integration.• Support change management, stakeholder communications, and adoption activities throughout partner transitions.• Identify opportunities to improve integration processes, reduce complexity, and increase operational consistency.• Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree required; certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP are advantageous.• Experience with business process documentation, workflow design, systems evaluation, and technology implementation.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes, identify dependencies, and develop practical solutions.• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.• Ability to build structure and repeatable processes in environments without an established playbook.• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive initiatives from discovery through implementation.• Willingness and ability to travel to partner firm locations as needed.Preferred Qualifications• Experience in wealth management, registered investment advisory (RIA), or financial services environments.• Familiarity with the Aspen platform.• Knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.• Prior experience with M&A integration, acquisitions, or similar business transformation initiatives.• Experience developing standardized integration frameworks, process architectures, or operating models.Pay Range and Compensation Package• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
