Job Description Lead HVAC Mechanic Join a Mission-Driven Facilities Team Supporting Critical Commercial Operations Industry: Government Facilities Location: Overland, MO Salary: $31.32 per hour base + $5.09 hourly fringe benefits (additional comp including $1500 signing bonus) Employment Type: Direct Hire/Permanent Schedule: Full-Time M-F 7AM-3PM Overview: We are seeking a dependable and experienced Lead HVAC Mechanic to support the operation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems within a mission-critical facilities environment. This role is ideal for an HVAC professional with strong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on experience maintaining large commercial mechanical systems.
