Influencer Marketing Coordinator
Influencer Coordinator:Fast-growing online women's boutique is searching for a creative and assertive E-commerce Influencer Coordinator to join our team and help navigate collaborations during our rapid growth. We are looking for a fashion lover who is skilled in the latest social media and digital marketing trends, and is great at communication and organization. This position is based in Franklin, IN but can be remote for the right individual.Duties include:Influencer:oCollaborate with the Marketing Manager to research, create, and maintain an influencer target list.oExecute all influencer projects including initial outreach, concept ideation, and content management.oCreate and maintain contracts (posting information and requirements) for individual influencers andcampaigns.oManage assets for influencers.oPick and place orders for influencer choices, then get them to shipping to send out with enough time for them to complete requirements in their contracts.oManage email and phone communication with agents and influencers.oReview and approve influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.oAnalyze and report on the success of influencer campaigns, using metrics such as engagement, reach, andROI.oProvide insights and recommendations for improving future campaigns.oStay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and influencer marketing.oIdentify new opportunities and innovative approaches to influencer marketing.Campaigns:oCreate and manage campaign wrap-up reports for influencers and brand ambassadors.oParticipate in quarterly meetings to review the performance of influencers and develop strategy moving forward.oWork with the Merchandising Manager to create and deliver line sheets for individuals for one-off and ongoing campaigns.oAssist the team in executing client and influencer events/collaborations.oManage and maintain the brand ambassador program, acting as the primary liaison for Magnolia Boutique and our brand ambassadors.oCreate brand ambassador and influencer coupon codes as well as manage performance.Social MediaoManage Dms and CommentsoRespond and engage with customers (customer photos, comments, etc.) within 60 minutesoParticipate in weekly livesoAssist with posting stories on a daily basisoProduct tag all Instagram, TikTok and Facebook postsoManage Instagram Shopping FeedEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing or business related field and 1-3 years of experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated time management; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to build strong business partnerships both internally and externally and demonstrate adaptability and flexibility as business strategies changeExcellent critical thinking, decision making, analytical and negotiation skillsStrong sense of style and ability to carry out a strategic visionHUGE fan on Boutique shopping!Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook requiredPerks for full-time employees:Competitive pay40% employee discountMedical , dental, and vision insurance401k with matching programCasual work environment
