Job DetailsDesign and implement highly scalable and fault-tolerant distributed systems utilizing core Python and modern asynchronous programming frameworks.Drive performance optimization & cost efficiency via deep profiling and memory-aware engineering.Establish production-grade CI/CD, testing (pytest), and type safety (mypy) for robust code quality.Build agents/components that reason, plan and act.Implement guardrails, cognitive patterns such as ReAct patterns.Develop memory and tool-use capabilities (MCP), collaborate with prompt engineers.Skill SetMastery of asyncio, multithreading, OOP, and memory management.Implement enterprise-grade security & compliance, including encryption and secrets management across AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure, Databricks, Snowflake.Experience with AI and data pipeline ecosystem (good-to-have).Experience with Agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar), AIOps, Build CI/CD pipelines.Strong Python engineering (async, APIs, microservices).Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Lakehouse architectures.
