Relocated to Michigan in 2015, Harloff Manufacturing Company has experienced 6x growth in the past 36 months as a dedicated manufacturer of utility scale solar racking systems (photovoltaic solar) and several other proprietary products. Our primary processes are sheet metal coil stamping, roll forming, and hand assembly. We are headquartered in Paw Paw, MI. We manufacture and distribute product to the contiguous United States.. Harloff Manufacturing Company is seeking Production Operators on first shift to become an integral part of our team! You will perform production and assembly line tasks as well as be presented with ample opportunities for skill development and career advancement. Responsibilities: Show up for work on-time, as scheduled Safety - Perform work according to job safe practices and wear required personal protective equipment Quality - Conduct quality inspections on manufactured components to insure conformance to specifications Delivery - Adhere to production schedule and attain production goals Rotate through tasks for specific production processes Work with a team to assemble components Prepare finished products for shipment Maintain a clean and orderly work area Qualifications: Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields Familiarity with manufacturing & assembly tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Ability to work well in teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Ability to Commute: Paw Paw, MI 49079 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Paw Paw, MI 49079: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
