The ideal candidate will provide leadership to clinical staff, ensure high-quality patient care, maintain regulatory compliance, and support operational excellence within the organization.This role requires strong clinical expertise, leadership capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of home health regulations, patient care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily clinical operations and home health service delivery.Supervise and support nurses, therapists, coordinators, and clinical staff.Ensure compliance with Medicare, Joint Commission, CHAP, and state/federal regulations.Monitor patient care plans, documentation, and clinical outcomes.Conduct staff training, onboarding, performance evaluations, and mentoring.Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.Assist in developing and implementing clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.Review patient records and ensure accurate and timely documentation.Support staffing coordination, scheduling, and case management activities.Participate in strategic planning, operational improvements, and performance management.Address patient and family concerns while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state(s).Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare field preferred.Minimum 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in Home Health or healthcare settings.Strong understanding of Medicare guidelines, home health regulations, and compliance standards.Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.CPR Certification required.Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle as required.Preferred SkillsExperience managing multidisciplinary clinical teams.Strong knowledge of quality assurance and performance improvement programs.Ability to work in a fast-paced and patient-focused environment.Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.Why Join Us?Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.Supportive and collaborative work culture.Opportunity to make a direct impact on patient care and outcomes.Professional development and leadership advancement opportunities.Apply now to join our growing healthcare team and help deliver exceptional home health services.
