Sanitation Technician Weekend Days

Overview: Responsible for sanitation requirements of machinery, equipment and facilities: Clean, sanitize and inspect production equipment and areas in a timely manner. *Must be able to pass pre-employment math & measurement test*Responsibilities:Sanitize production linesMaintain pH Neutralization Room by monitorinq and recording daily pH readinqsMaintain Water Treatment PlantReplace empty containers & clean up in chemical area (floors, drip pans)Refill all chemical bottles on production linesHot sanitize & hot acid wash lines as necessarySanitize 30K Silo as necessary.Perform miscellaneous projects as needed, including, changing carbon beds or cleaning reaction tanks in the waterplant, etc.Other duties as assigned by managementRequirements:Ability to work in a teamHigh attention to detailAbility to lift 50 lbs.Ability to work overtime & adjust schedule on an as neededPerform duties in a safe, efficient manner according to standard operating procedures (SOP's)Understand the company's commitment to food safety, quality and continuous improvement
