The purpose of the ODNI's Luke contract, is to provide dev ops, applied technology investigations, operations and maintenance and infrastructure lifecycle support services across the ODNI's enterprise. Responsibilities:Provide dedicated full stack development support to existing internal and externalMaintain websites of varying web technologies and different code basesWork with a back-end services team to integrate REST APIs into front-end developmentWork independently with clients and receive taskings through several points of contactProvide demonstrations of new features and functionality to the customerDevelop new websites using the latest versions of modern JavaScript frameworksProvide documentation and assist program management with deliverable trackingAssist the back-end services team with creating user stories and features for existing and upcoming workQualifications: Required:Active TS/SCI Clearance with Poly (US Citizenship required)Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field (i.e. Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science) and 7 years of work experience. If no degree, additional work experience is accepted5+ years' experience of software development in relation to web2+ years' experience using modern JavaScript frameworks (i.e. Angular, React, Vue)Experience using and developing for at least one content management system (i.e. WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, SharePoint)Strong knowledge of CI/CD PipelinesFamiliarity with REST design principlesAbility to create self-contained, reusable, and testable codeExperience integrating front-end content with REST or HTTP APIExtensive experience with Git source code management systemBack-end experience, including NOSQL Database Management, AWS Lambda development, and AWS API Gateway configuration experienceVisual Studio usageASP.net and C#AWS experience, using Ex2 and S3Experience with JavascriptFamiliarity using SQL: Inline SQL calls from C# code, Running SQL queries and scripts in SQL Management platformAbility to break large tasks down into smaller, more manageable piecesExperience working in Agile environmentsDesired:Experience developing in PHPExperience designing wireframes and/or full mockupsExperience working in both commercial and C2E AWS environmentsOAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect or SAML experienceExperience with building the infrastructure for serving the front-end app and assetsExperience working with the US Web Design System and Material Design patterns and principalsWhat You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
