This role partners closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to design scalable, high-impact solutions that drive successful outcomes for clients.The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and consultative leadership, with the ability to translate complex requirements into innovative, long-term solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & StrategyEngage with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirementsDesign scalable, forward-thinking solutions that align with both client objectives and long-term system performanceProvide expert guidance on leveraging platform capabilities effectivelyPre-Sales & Client EngagementPartner with the sales team to qualify opportunities and understand client challengesLead workshops to uncover business needs and guide clients toward optimal solutionsPresent solutions to technical and executive stakeholders, including enterprise architecture teamsArchitecture & DocumentationDevelop detailed solution architectures, including diagrams, data models, and process flowsCreate Statements of Work (SOWs), technical documentation, and functional specificationsReview customer feedback and redlines on SOWs, identifying risks and ensuring alignmentImplementation SupportSupport delivery teams during implementation to ensure solutions are executed as designedProvide architectural guidance during build, testing, and deployment phasesEnsure adherence to best practices and non-functional requirementsInnovation & Continuous ImprovementUtilize modern tools (including AI-based prototyping tools) to demonstrate and validate solutionsDesign reusable components and scalable extensions to improve efficiency and consistencyPartner with Product teams to advocate for enhancements based on customer needsLeadership & MentorshipServe as a senior leader within the solution architecture teamMentor and guide junior architects on technical design, architecture best practices, and client engagementContribute to thought leadership through white papers, technical content, and industry insightsQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect within a complex software or consulting environment13–15+ years of overall experience in project delivery and pre-sales supportStrong experience in solution design, client engagement, and enterprise architectureExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Skills & ExperienceStrong knowledge of at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCPExperience with web services, integrations, and API designBackground in pre-sales solution architecture and technical presentationsExperience with security and permissions designFamiliarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce ecosystem) is a plusAbility to create high-quality wireframes, mockups, and technical documentationExperience working in collaborative, team-oriented environmentsAdditional InformationTravel: Up to 20% as neededMust be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)What Success Looks LikeDelivering scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with client goalsActing as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and clientsDriving innovation and continuous improvement across solution architecture practicesInterested in hearing more?
