Technical Program Manager IitD is seeking a Technical Program Manager I to drive the execution of cross-functional programs supporting enterprise systems, service experience transformation, and AI-enabled tooling initiatives. This role will play a key part in coordinating multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management fundamentals, experience with agile delivery, and the ability to translate business priorities into actionable execution plans.Location: Remote (U.S. – EST preferred)Duration: 12 monthsWe provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, and more.Please note that we are only considering direct W2 candidates at this time, as we are unable to offer sponsorship.ResponsibilitiesLead execution of technical programs across multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectationsDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones across concurrent workstreamsFacilitate agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and release gatesTrack and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers in a fast-paced environmentTranslate business requirements into detailed technical tasks, timelines, and acceptance criteriaDrive program reporting, including status updates, risk assessments, and executive-level communicationsSupport release readiness by validating quality and readiness criteria prior to production deploymentsCoordinate across enterprise platforms including CRM systems, AI/automation tools, and knowledge management systemsMaintain program documentation and ensure knowledge transfer across teamsInternal ResponsibilitiesAttend regular internal practice community meetingsCollaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadershipComplete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practiceAttend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunitiesRequired Qualifications And Skills1–3 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or related rolesStrong experience with project planning, scheduling, and trackingExperience working in cross-functional, matrixed environmentsFamiliarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirementsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skillsExperience translating business needs into execution plans and deliverablesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldPreferred Qualifications And SkillsExperience working in large-scale or big tech environmentsExposure to AI/automation tools or enterprise platforms (CRM, support systems)PMP or related certificationStrong written and executive communication skillsEducationBachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience requiredCompany DescriptionAbout itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results.
