Family Medicine Physician (without OB) - Outpatient Primary Care

Job Description Become a member of our dedicated primary care team at a Federally Qualified Community Health Center situated in Grand Junction, Colorado, on the beautiful Western Slope! We are in search of a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician who is committed to delivering integrated, quality healthcare to everyone. Our facilities offer a comprehensive array of primary and preventive healthcare services, including medical, dental, behavioral health, psychiatric, and pharmacy care. Currently, we operate two integrated primary care clinics and two school-based health centers in Grand Junction. Our organization has a mission-driven history of providing outreach healthcare services to individuals experiencing homelessness and migrant farm workers. We welcome patients with Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, commercial insurance, as well as those who are uninsured or underinsured. A Sliding Fee Discount Scale is available for eligible patients.Position Highlights:This is a full-time, in-person role.Enjoy a 4-day workweek with an average patient load of 15-17 patients per day (4x10 schedule), with alternative scheduling options available.Work weekdays only—no weekends or on-call duties. Focus on outpatient care exclusively.Collaborate with Behavioral Health providers within each clinic pod.Be part of a strong, team-oriented clinic staff that includes Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, patient navigators, case managers, and care coordinators.Access on-site pharmacy, dental, and psychiatric services.Participate in an active Quality program with impressive outcomes.Engage in a broad scope of practice, including wellness visits, chronic disease management, and opportunities for in-office procedures based on your interests.Join a collaborative environment with weekly Lunch & Learns.Candidate Qualifications:Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS).Possess an unrestricted Colorado physician license and DEA license.Enjoy providing care to patients of all ages.Experience in integrated team-based care is preferred, with prior FQHC experience being a plus.Bilingual skills are advantageous.Compensation & Benefits: The salary range is $196,896 - $266,875.Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.Sign-on bonus available.Paid malpractice insurance coverage.Guaranteed CME stipend along with a 40-hour CME allowance each year.401k matching and Safe Harbor contributions.Generous PTO accrual, plus additional holiday pay and sick leave.Location qualifies for a federal loan repayment program with a competitive HPSA score.Why Grand Junction?Grand Junction is nestled on the Western Slope of Colorado, offering easy access to stunning mountains, rivers, canyons, lakes, high desert, and forests.
