The organization is dedicated to providing meaningful service and education that align with their values and mission.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in St. Louis, MO. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of day-to-day responsibilities, including providing general administrative support, managing clerical tasks, coordinating schedules, maintaining calendars, managing phone communications, and supporting the finance department staff as needed. The individual will contribute to the seamless operation of the office by being detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in their duties.QualificationsStrong Administrative Assistance and Clerical skills, including the ability to manage schedules, maintain records, and handle general office tasksExcellent communication skills to provide professional and courteous service to internal and external stakeholdersExperience in managing sensitive informationProficiency in time management, organizational skills, and attention to detailProficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant toolsAbility to work collaboratively and adapt to a mission-driven environmentPrior experience in a non-profit or faith-based organization is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
