Position Overview Speedora is seeking reliable and motivated Moving Crew Drivers to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will safely operate delivery vehicles while leading and assisting with the delivery, installation, and setup of furniture and appliances in customers’ homes. This position requires physical work, attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills. Why Work for Speedora? * Growing logistics company with expansion plans * Family-oriented work environment * Consistent routes and structured schedules * Paid training provided * Opportunity to learn specialized installation skills * Work with professional crews delivering high-value products Responsibilities * Safely operate company delivery trucks * Deliver furniture, appliances, and oversized items into customer homes * Assist with product setup, light assembly, and installations * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections * Communicate with dispatch, customers, and crew members throughout the day * Use handheld devices for routing, signatures, and documentation * Follow safety procedures and lifting protocols * Maintain a professional appearance and customer-focused attitude * Handle all products carefully to avoid damages * Assist in resolving customer concerns professionally Qualifications * Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record * Ability to lift 75–150 lbs with a partner * Strong communication and customer service skills * Team-oriented and dependable attitude * Prior moving, delivery, warehouse, or installation experience preferred Compensation $20–$25 per hour** (Based on Experience) Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Life insurance Work Location: On the road
