This is a client-facing, high-impact role for an experienced professional with strong technical expertise in geoscience and a passion for helping clients unlock value through advanced data and technology. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, building long-term partnerships and delivering tailored solutions that support exploration, development, and sustainable extraction.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and nurture relationships with mining companies, government agencies, and research institutions in the US and CanadaPromote Viridien’s geoscience solutions, including seismic imaging, multiphysics integration, and remote sensing technologiesCollaborate with internal technical teams to create and deliver compelling proposals and data-driven presentationsUnderstand client challenges and articulate how Viridien's services can solve complex geoscientific and operational problemsMonitor market developments, contribute to strategic planning, and identify growth opportunities aligned with federal and regional mining prioritiesManage account lifecycles, ensure client satisfaction, and support repeat businessMaintain CRM updates and input into sales forecasts and marketing initiativesWhat You BringBSc in Geology, Geoscience, or Geophysics (MSc preferred)Excellent and widespread industry networkMinimum 10 years of experience in mining geoscience, business development, or technical salesIn-depth knowledge of mining regulations, exploration datasets, and critical mineral development across Canada and the USFamiliarity with geoscience workflows and industry softwareStrong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skillsBusiness acumen with the ability to translate technical capabilities into client valueWillingness to travel across North America 30-60%Fluency in English required; Spanish a plusWhy Join ViridienBe part of a mission-driven, collaborative team working to solve the world’s toughest geoscientific challenges.
