Youre here to build whats next, on a team that outperforms every norm.The work:Youll perform daily field inspections of civil and utility construction, including grading, paving, concrete, storm drains, water, sewer, and traffic improvements.Youll document contractor progress, verify quantities, and monitor compliance with approved plans, specifications, and codes.Youll prepare detailed daily inspection reports and maintain accurate project records.Youll coordinate with contractors, engineers, testing labs, and agency representatives to ensure smooth project execution.Youll ensure construction activities are performed in accordance with safety standards and environmental regulations.Youll participate in pre-construction meetings and punch list/walkthrough inspections.Youll assist with change order verification and pay application reviews as needed.Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.Heres what youll need:Minimum seven (7) years of inspection experience on public works projectsMinimum three (3) years experience with Caltrans, cities, counties, or special districts in Southern CaliforniaValid California drivers license and clean driving recordBonus points if you have:Certifications such as ACI, ICC, QSP/QSD, AWS, or NICETKnowledge of prevailing wage and labor compliance requirementsExperience working on federally funded projects or DBE complianceFamiliarity with inspection software such as Fieldwire, Procore, or client PMIS systemsBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not requiredFAA experience$135,000 - $175,000 a year Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
