Lead Technician Location: Lima, OH Job Id: 1178 # of Openings: 1 Responsibilities: Support team members with high demand periods, complex assemblies, and troubleshooting Complete preparation, customization, and repair of office technology products on all imaging equipment at a level consistent with performance expectations Inspect equipment and run tests to ensure equipment is working properly Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment, referring to repair manuals and collaborating with other members of the team as needed Provide after-hours service when needed to maintain quality, reliability, and uptime for clients Requirements & Qualifications: Excellent analytical abilities Self‑motivated, flexible, and take initiative Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prioritize customer service and client satisfaction 2 years' experience troubleshooting electronics equipment Pass IDOT/ODOT Physical Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
