Kayak Tour Guide/Eco-Guide

We're on the lookout for vibrant, nature-loving individuals to take the helm as kayak tour guides, leading guests on adventures along the Intracoastal Waterways of Clearwater Beach to a bird preserve island! Requirements: Location: Clearwater Beach, FL Kayaking experience (either recreational or professional). A love for the outdoors and a readiness to soak up knowledge. A knack for customer service and a sociable disposition. College students are warmly welcomed. Comfort and confidence on the water, especially in areas with boaters and during nighttime. Willingness to undergo drug testing and a background check. Availability for multiple shifts during weekdays & weekends (weekend availability required) Ability to lift 50 pounds (for kayak handling). Self-sufficiency in work. Preference for Red Cross CPR/First Aid certification. Responsibilities: Setup and dismantle kayaks and launch area. Lead guided eco-tours in Clearwater Beach, FL Offer insightful information about the tour and the area (training provided). Ensure guest safety and provide guidance on paddling techniques.
