About the Opportunity:The Lead AI/ML Engineer role is a technical leadership position responsible for guiding AI and machine learning initiatives within the team. This role drives the development and deployment of advanced AI-powered solutions, oversees the technical roadmap, and leads a team of engineers. It ensures that AI projects align with ethical standards and produce measurable business outcomes, bridging the gap between engineering execution and strategic vision.3. Responsibilities:• Design and implement production-grade AI solutions, including classical ML, Generative AI, and multi-agent systems, emphasizing responsible and secure AI practices• Define and manage the technical roadmap and architectural direction for AI/ML projects• Utilize enterprise AI tools to enhance workflows and team productivity• Evaluate emerging AI trends and technologies to guide innovation• Advance MLOps capabilities including model versioning, CI/CD, retraining, and monitoring• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and Responsible AI principles• Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 AI/ML engineers, fostering a high-performance culture• Conduct technical reviews to maintain quality, security, and coding standards4. Requirements:• Over 10 years of software development experience with strong engineering and architecture skills• At least 2 years of hands-on AI/ML project experience through full lifecycle• Proficiency in NLP techniques and tools• Experience with Generative AI technologies such as RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and LLM integration• Knowledge or experience in Agentic AI development and multi-agent frameworks• Strong Python programming skills with emphasis on production-quality code• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportationPreferred Qualifications:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience• Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Weights & Biases, Kubeflow• Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks including fairness metrics and model explainability• Knowledge of Graph RAG, knowledge graphs, and ontology reasoning systems5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The annual salary range for this role is $145,500 to $249,500, based on full-time employment• Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution, subject to eligibility6.
