Project Manager

We are seeking an organized and driven Low Voltage Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of life safety and security system projects. This role is responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating with internal teams, clients, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs). The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of low voltage systems and proven project management experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage low voltage projects from kickoff through closeoutPlan and track project schedules, budgets, and resourcesCoordinate design, engineering, procurement, and field installation teamsServe as primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, and vendorsReview contracts, drawings, submittals, and change ordersEnsure compliance with NFPA, NEC, local codes, and project specificationsSchedule inspections, testing, and system acceptance with AHJsManage project documentation, reporting, and closeout packagesIdentify risks and resolve project issues proactivelyEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standardsQualifications3+ years of project management experience in low voltage or life safety systemsStrong working knowledge of Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, and Burglar Alarm systemsAbility to read and interpret construction documents and contractsExperience coordinating multiple trades and stakeholdersStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skillsProficiency with project management tools and Microsoft OfficeValid driver’s license and ability to visit job sitesPreferred / Nice To HaveNICET certification (Fire Alarm Level II–IV)PMP or similar project management certificationExperience with commercial, industrial, or multi-site projectsKnowledge of IP networking and structured cablingFamiliarity with platforms such as Honeywell, Lenel, Genetec, Bosch, Axis, or AvigilonWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development and certification supportCareer advancement opportunities
