Let’s change that.Your Responsibilities Expand and strengthen our Loxone Partner Network across BelgiumLead and support a high-performing local teamManage and develop our office location in NijlenExecute Loxone’s growth strategy and drive scalability in the Belgian marketIdentify and develop key B2B opportunities in smart building automationEnsure successful implementation and ongoing support of partner projectsBe the regional expert and face of Loxone in BelgiumYour Profile Completed technical apprenticeship or degree (e.g. electrical engineering, energy technology, automation, mechatronics, business informatics/engineering)Several years of professional experience in business development, (key) account management, or sales management, ideally with digital sales processesProven experience in leading small, high-performing teamsExcellent consultative selling skills, strong communication, and persistenceInnovative, agile, and sales-driven personality with a hands-on mentalityLimited willingness to travel – most meetings are held virtuallyWillingness to complete a structured onboarding process in AustriaFluent in English; Dutch and/or French are a strong plusWe offer Our employees are our soul.
