The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, logistics coordination, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. Tasks will include leading and motivating team members, streamlining workflows, managing budgets, and driving operational efficiency. The role also includes maintaining vendor and customer relationships, problem-solving operational challenges, and preparing performance reports for upper management.QualificationsERP experience Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skillsSkilled in logistics coordination, inventory management, and supply chain operationsExperience in team leadership, employee management, and fostering collaborationProficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and operational strategy developmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyProficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related fieldExperience in the flooring or construction industry is a plus
