Job Title: Python / GenAI Developer (Junior & Senior Roles Available)Location: Dallas, TXPosition OverviewWe are seeking Junior and Senior Python Developers specializing in Generative AI and LangGraph to join our team in Dallas. You will build and scale AI-driven applications, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation pipelines for a major banking client.Key Responsibilities For Senior CandidatesAgentic Frameworks: Architect and build multi-agent orchestration systems using LangGraph and LangChain.Pipeline Engineering: Design complex Python-based backend architectures to process sensitive banking data safely.LLM Integration: Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy Generative AI models for automated financial analysis and compliance.Technical Mentorship: Guide junior team members through advanced coding standards and code reviews.For Junior CandidatesCode Development: Write clean, maintainable Python scripts to support AI application development.Workflow Support: Implement stateful graphs and conversational flows using LangGraph under senior guidance.Data Ingestion: Assist in building data pipelines, prompt engineering, and parsing banking documents.Testing: Write unit tests to validate the accuracy and safety of AI model outputs.Required Skills & QualificationsCore Language: Strong proficiency in Python development and data structures.GenAI Toolkit: Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG frameworks.Orchestration: Experience building complex, cyclical graph workflows using LangGraph.Database Skills: Experience with relational SQL databases and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma).Industry Domain: Understanding of financial security practices and data handling is highly preferred.
