Reasonable accommodations may be made to help enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Interacts with auditors, customers, suppliers and internal departments to assist in resolving daily issues which includes setting steps to prevent re-occurrenceEnter, maintain, track and gather data for objective evidence for NCR's to resolve and/or assist with responses to customer request, NCR's, reportsEnter, maintain, track and gather data for objective evidence for Company Improvement to resolve and/or assist with responses to customer request, NCR's, reportsEnter, maintain, track and gather data for objective evidence for Training to resolve and/or assist with responses to customer request, NCR's, reportsMonitor the creating and maintaining of Controlled Technique Sheets & Frozen PlanningCreating and maintaining documentsFiling and/or Data Entry to assist Lab, Calibration, Controlled Certification of Materials, Customer Interaction, Customer SurveysMonitor Customer Approvals databaseBack-up functions provided by Calibration, Controlled Purchasing and Quality ManagerPerform Spec review / Gap Analysis, create and maintain procedures, forms and systems applicable to the processTrain and Assist InspectorsAudit PreparationTrain to new work instructions, procedures, systemsReview of non-compliance parts and issues and perform root cause corrective action processRequires a multitasked individual capable of ascertaining root cause through investigation. All actions must be customer oriented – External as well as internalPay Rate 20.00-25.00 per Hour
