Supervise and support nursing assistants. Administer medications and respond to emergencies. Communicate with residents, families, and physicians. Maintain accurate electronic health records. Qualifications: Active Missouri LPN license. CPR required; IV certification preferred. At least one year of skilled nursing, hospital, or similar experience preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to meet physical demands of the role.
