Fridays + Saturdays only. 3pm - close *Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced cocktail lounge. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. As a Busser, you will work closely with the waitstaff and bar team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall dining experience. *Duties* - Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers. - Assist servers by delivering beverages to tables as needed. - Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations. - Communicate effectively with bar staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs. - Assist in stocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels in the kitchen and dining area. - Support the restaurant team during busy periods by helping with additional tasks as required. *Qualifications* - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required. - Familiarity with food service operations in a bar, restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is a plus. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role. - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
