Asset Deployment Technician

Asset Deployment Technician Job duties: 3+ years of IT Asset Deployment experience at an Enterprise level. 3+ years in Desktop Support experience to include configuration, maintenance, repair of software and computer assets, user account maintenance, data backup, knowledge documentation, etc. Strong attention to detail regarding preliminary project planning, deployment procedures, executing deployments, spot check progress, attain user sign-off, report status to management, and follow through to on-time completion. Personal vehicle use is a part of this role, and will be reimbursed at standard State mileage rates. Shows awareness of and complies with security standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure completion of work orders in the ITSM/ITAM Ivanti ticket management system. Update asset status and assignment in the ITSM/ITAM Ivanti ticket management system. Travel to deliver assets and deploy hardware and software installations per Dallas County procedure. Apply computer imaging and required software installation per Dallas County guidelines. Experience with Ivanti (or equivalent) ITSM/ITAM software. Effective at building and maintaining cross functional relationships. Well organized, detail oriented, and able to work in a high-volume high-energy environment Certifications: A+ Certification required Network+ / Security+ / Cloud+ / Dell / Microsoft certifications helpful IAITAM certification (CHAMP/CAMP) or equivalent preferred Job Type: Contract Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday Ability to Relocate: Dallas, TX 75247: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
