The Power Washer / Line Striping Specialist is responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and cleanliness of commercial and residential properties. This role performs pressure washing services and applies precise pavement markings such as parking lot striping, crosswalks, and stencils as well as painting fuel covers and any perp work assigned. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions. Key Responsibilities Power Washing Duties Operate commercial-grade power washing equipment to clean surfaces such as: Parking lots and garages Sidewalks, curbs, and concrete pads Building exteriors, dumpsters, and entryways Remove dirt, oil stains, gum, mold, and debris safely and effectively Mix and apply appropriate cleaning solutions while following safety guidelines Inspect surfaces before and after cleaning to ensure quality results Paint Fuel Covers Prep interior and exterior surfaces for painting as assigned Line Striping Duties Apply pavement markings including parking spaces, handicap stalls, fire lanes, arrows, and other stencils Measure and layout striping projects using industry standards and site plans Operate striping machines and related equipment Ensure lines are straight, evenly spaced, and correctly colored Maintain compliance with local property and safety regulations Equipment & Site Management Load, unload, and transport equipment, materials, and supplies to job sites Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and machines Follow job schedules and complete work efficiently Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Communicate job status, issues, or site concerns to supervisors Qualifications 2+ years' experience with power washing and/or line striping preferred Ability to operate mechanical equipment safely Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work independently or as part of a team Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs., stand, walk, bend, or kneel for extended periods Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Skills Knowledge of pavement marking standards (ADA compliance a plus) Basic mechanical or equipment maintenance experience Time management and organizational skills Strong work ethic and reliability Work Environment & Schedule Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Early mornings, evenings, or weekends may be required Full-time or part-time opportunities available (depending on company needs) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Training and advancement potential Tuitions reimbursement Medical Dental and Vision Paid Holidays 401K Match Performance based bonus Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Referral program Tuition reimbursement Experience Commercial painting: 2 years (Required) Airless paint spraying: 2 years (Required) Power Washing: 1 year (Required) Enmarket is an equal opportunity employer.
